仁慈聖母的話——

「你要時時處處，不論何時，不論何地，不分晝夜，每當醒來就以心神祈禱。人的心神是可以長留在祈禱中的。」(聖傅天娜修女日記＃330)

Always and everywhere, in all places and at all times--day and night, each time you wake up pray in spirit. It is always possible to persist in praying in spirit. (Diary of St. Sr. Faustina ＃330)
